THE VIETNAM VETERANS MEMORIAL

Jimmy had a feeling he would not come back.
I knew he would not. He had a long talk with me and his dad.
He told me that the world did not hold a mother that could be better for her sons.
He said he loved me with all his heart.
He said, "Mom, I am all right with the man up there." He pointed to the sky.
He died August 27, 1968, and in thirteen days, his body came home,
